The developers did a decent job pre-combining much of the scenery from thousands if tiny objects into a smaller number of larger objects in a lot of places, but when you are in certain areas of the map it's just not enough. In some circumstances, this can be postponed (or also sped up) with certain actions or particular dialogue choices.Should the player decide to are at odds of by helping any of the other three factions, the major quest finishes with mission (there are usually in fact three versions of the same goal, one for each faction opposing The Start).Fallout 4's engine depends on brute strength from your graphics card a little too much. Particular occasions in those factions' quests can create some other factions aggressive to the Singular Survivor, hence locking them from those limbs and screwing up all of that faction's on-going missions.
